Rules:

Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and marked 3x3 box.

Cipher: Different letters (inside and outside the grid) represent different digits. The four symbols (💚🟦🟡♦) stand for four distinct letters.

Skyscrapers: Digits outside the grid count the number of digits visible looking into the grid from their vantage points in their respective rows. Digits are visible when they are larger than all the digits before them.

Ratio: A digit inside a black dot indicates the ratio between the two digits separated by the dot.

Notes:

Answer check checks for the values of the letters A-I outside the grid, so make sure to fill those in too.

Symbols may display differently in different devices, in case of doubt please refer to the image above.

Opinions varied among testers about the difficulty level, so you might find it much easier or much harder than the estimate.

This puzzle was created for Scojo’s Setting Saturday prompt to create a sudoku with Skyscrapers and Ratio Kropki dots. Thank you for the inspiration, Scojo!
