Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the values along an arrow is equal to the value in the connected circle.
There are nine "squire" cells in the grid, one in every row, column and box. Each digit from 1-9 appears in a "squire" cell exactly once.
A "squire" cell's value counts as double its digit if there is at least one other cell with the same digit a knight's move away from that cell.
A "squire" cell's value counts as half its digit if there is no cell with the same digit a knight's move away.
