What are the sums?

This puzzle is a variant of a previous one I made. If you enjoyed this puzzle, you might want to check the other one.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Each cage has its sum indicated by the orange line that is in the same region (3x3 box). The sum is read as the concatenation of the 2 digits on the line, in some order.
Cells that appear in the same position relative to their 3x3 box must not contain the same digit. For example, if there is a 3 in r1c1, then you can't have a 3 in r1c4, r1c7, r4c1, r4c4, r4c7, r7c1, r7c4 and r7c7.
