RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
MODULO-3 LINES: The grey lines are modulo-3. Any set of three sequential cells along a grey line must contain a complete set of residues modulo-3: one digit from (1,4,7), one from (2,5,8), one from (3,6,9).
KROPKI: Black dots are a 1:2 ratio. White dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
X-PAIRS. Cells separated by a "X" must equal to 10. Not all X-pairs are given.

I'm usually not that good at modulo-lines, but this puzzle just clicked for me, and I had great fun solving it! I'd say 3* is totally fair. Thanks for the puzzle!

I'd personally call this one 3★. There were some slightly complicated leaps of logic to make, but nothing overly difficult. Great puzzle!

Thanks boredwillow! Yeah, I agree with you. I think this is a 3* but I always have a difficult time guessing what other solvers may think. When I see there aren't that many solves, then I just assume it's harder than I thought. Thank you for your nice comment :)

Wow, I didn't think this one would be so difficult. Based on amount of solves moving to 4*.
