Split Pea Soup Fog

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The grid is partially covered in dynamic fog. Correctly placed digits may remove fog from other cells.
Digits in circles indicate the number of times that digit appears in circles.
If a white dot separates two digits, they are consecutive.
If a black dot separates two digits, one is double the other.
Digits along green line segments sum to a total that can be expressed by concatenating the digits in the two circles at that segment's end. (e.g. The digits along a line between a circled 2 and 3 will sum to either 23 or 32.)
Lines do not cross or branch, but may share circled ends.
