The Green Mile

This is the first puzzle of a potential series called "Movie Nights" in which I aim to create puzzles based on movies. If I do follow through with the plan of a puzzle series, the following puzzles may range in difficulty or in variants, but this starting puzzle should be relatively straightforward. If you have any movie suggestions to be converted into puzzles for the future, you can add them to the comments and I'll try to prioritize your picks.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box once each.
German Whisper Loop: There is only one green GW loop on the grid that only moves orthogonally, visits every box at least once, and never visits the same cell twice. Adjacent digits along this loop must have a difference of at least 5.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10 while digits separated by a V sum to 5.
Fog: Placing correct digits will gradually lift the fog from the grid.

i think that the rules should state that this is DYNAMIC (not BASIC) fog.
