Green lines are Green Whisper: adjacent digits must differ by at least 5.
Purple line is Renban: consist of consecutive digits in any order.
Digits divided by a white dot are consecutive. Digits divided by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
Solution code: The digits in row 4, followed by the digits in column 4 (18 digits).
