Pentomilin

This puzzle was set for round 2 of a setting tournament, where me and my opponent had to set a hybrid of two genres of our choosing. In this round, I picked Yajilin and my opponent picked Pentominous. Enjoy!
Rules:
Pentominous: Divide the grid (not including the outlined grey cells) into pentominoes, ie. orthogonally connected groups of five cells, such that each cell is part of exactly one pentomino. Two pentominoes of the same shape (including rotations and reflections) cannot share an edge. Letters indicate the shape of the pentomino which includes that cell (refer to the table below the grid for reference).
Yajilin: Shade some white cells such that no two shaded cells share an edge. Draw a loop through the centers of all remaining white cells, that visits each of those cells exactly once. The loop cannot visit any shaded cells or outlined grey cells. Numbers in grey cells indicate the number of shaded cells in the direction of the arrow.
Interaction: Each pentomino must contain exactly one shaded cell.
(Note: Answer check looks for green pentomino edges [do not draw over the thick black edges] and shaded cells. The loop can be in any color.)

Wow, marvelous! The consistency here is striking. Such a well-guided solve path, yet even knowing exactly where to look, nothing is too automatic. I really even struggled in the last quarter of the puzzle! Some of the logic here was excellent, some brilliant moments with all of the interactions: shading, counting clues, loop logic, pentominous logic etc exceptional puzzle, Myxo, really. This made my day. Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous (and rather tight) setting!
Like Agent said, the solve path felt consistently narrow throughout but the interactions between both genres were such fun and lovely treats to experience. Hell, even the ending itself was quite miraculous as well x)
