Oh no! Someone's moved all the columns in my sudoku, and they've dragged some of the rules with them!

Rules:
Each column, starting at the left, has been moved down an increasing number of cells, with cells that fall off the bottom of the grid being moved up to the fill the gaps made at the top. Column 1 has not been moved, column 2 has been moved down 1 cell, column 3 has been moved down 2 cells, and so on. The top row of the original grid is now the diagonal of the current grid that runs from r1c1 to r9c9. The border of the original grid has been marked with a thicker line.
Shifted Sudoku: Fill every row, column and wonky region with the digits 1 to 9, with no repeats. Regions wrap around vertically (e.g. r1c3 and r9c3 are in the same region).
Shifted Diagonal: The diagonal of the original unshifted grid, marked in blue, must contain the digits 1 to 9, with no repeats. This line is no longer continuous now that the columns have been shifted but the rule applies nonetheless.
Shifted Anti-Knight: Cells that were a knight's move apart in the original unshifted grid must contain different digits (e.g. r7c2 and r4c1 must be different, as they were a knight's move apart in the original grid).
Killer Cages: Cells in a cage must add the the number denoted in the cage's top left corner. This rule has thankfully been left unshifted, and thus behaves as expected.
German Whisper Line: Digits in adjacent cells on the German whisper line must differ by at least 5. This rule too has been left unshifted.
Bifurcation is not required
