I think this puzzle is a turning point for me. I've struggled with many puzzles, even 1* puzzles with the comments indicating the solver found it fairly straightforward. This is the first time for me that I found a puzzle fairly easy and the comments and rated difficulty indicate otherwise. I'm not intending to brag here, especially because I still find many of the puzzles to be more challenging to most do, but I am excited to feel like I may finally be getting these puzzles beyond just the fundamentals!
The break-in was tricky, but the rest of the puzzle flowed well from there. Another great puzzle, meggen033!

The break in is 3* to me. After that 2*. Tricky to break the symmetry without a bit of look ahead. Great fun thx.

I rated this 3/5 difficulty.
Excellent puzzle! I really enjoyed all aspects of this puzzle, and it had some cool geometric ideas that were really interesting, although I found them quite tricky.
I agree with @sujoyku that this puzzle is harder than 2*. My nearly 1 hour solve time is more typical for a 3* difficulty puzzle, and it is very unusual for me to spend that long on a 2* puzzle.
The break-in was quite tricky, and it took me a long time to figure out the kropki/xv/arrow arrangements that didn't lead to a contradiction.
Upon first examination of the puzzle, it felt like there weren't enough constrained cells/areas to make any progress. There were quite a few possibilities for the center box's kropki pattern, which contributed to the "difficulty" for me. Once I began experimenting, I was able to make minor deductions until I finally placed a couple of digits (which took maybe 15-20 minutes). After that breakthrough, I still wasn't able to "crack" the puzzle, and I continued with my experimentation until I placed a second round of digits which ultimately allowed me to finish the puzzle. That second phase took me another ~20 minutes. The first phase felt like a harder 3* puzzle, and second phase felt like an easier 3*. The final portion of the solve (late midgame until the end) was around 2*.
Overall, this puzzle felt like a slightly tougher-than-usual @meggen033 puzzle, with a 'style' that, for some reason, brought to mind the break-in(s) for puzzles in the FoW series. The approach I took to this puzzle was very reminiscent of how I solve the puzzles in the FoW series, but sort of "beefed up" in difficulty/complexity (and, of course, without the fog aspect). Really enjoyed this one, and thanks for sharing!

Awesome puzzle! I found it a little trickier than 2 stars. The geometry is stellar.
