Have some PI today

First in a set of two puzzles I created that are themed around tomorrow's PI day. Happy solve and I hope you'll enjoy the puzzles.
PIs Everywhere - Second puzzle
Rules for solving:
- Normal sudoku rules apply (Place digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box)
- German whispers rule applyes (Adjacent digits on the green line must have a difference of at least 5)
- Dutch whispers rule applyes (Adjacent digits on the orange line must have a difference of at least 4)
- Kropki dots rule applyes (Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive)
- Region sum lines rule applyes (Each segment on a blue line sums to the same total. Box borders separate the segments)
Puzzle:
Solution code: Column 5 (top to bottom) + Row 5 (left to right) - 18 digits no spaces
