I'm going to start the rating for this one at 4-star, but could see it being dropped to a 3. I think it's either a tough 3 or a low 4. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Tentropy Lines: Every set of 4 adjacent digits on a peach line must contain a digit from each of the X-pair (ten-pair) subsets of {1,9}, {2,8}, {3,7}, and {4,6}. A 5 may not appear on a tentropy line. Digits on a line may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow line must sum to the digit in the attached circle. NOTE: All arrows in the grid are additionally 4-length tentropy lines.
Partial Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.

Thank you for this superb puzzle, MSDOS! I think it is just ever so slightly rather 4 than high 3 stars for me. It is a very beautiful and fun construction. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to already do it in testing!

Really enjoyed testing this one. Utilizes the tentropy ruleset really well and it comes together gorgeously.
