Regional Whispers

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Regional sums: box borders divide the line into segments, each of which has the same sum
Dutch whispers: within each box (but not across box boundaries), consecutive digits along the line differ by at least 4.
Kropki: digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

I like these maths puzzles. Took a while to get the region sum total but once that was deduced it flowed very nicely. Thank you.
