Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

Inspired by the many beautiful arrow puzzles of PotatoHead21. The main idea in this puzzle has been percolating for over a year, and I finally found a way to express it. Difficulty will likely be closer to 5 stars if you don't spot the break-in.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku, Arrow, Killer, and Kropki rules apply with no negative constraints:

• Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
• Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the corresponding circle.
• Killer Cages: Digits within a cage cannot repeat and sum to the given total.
• White Dots: Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive.
• Black Dots: Digits joined by a black dot are in a ratio of 2:1.

Every indicated diagonal has the same sum.
