Seeing only 3 possible positions for the digit 9 in the colored boxes helped me deduce that SOME digits MAY be in the same position. Ultimately there was enough disambiguating logic that I didn't need to use this line of the rules at all. Lovely puzzle, possibly 1 star.
@FireTruckFuel You are correct. The rules state that none of the pink boxes has ALL NINE the same. The rule name for NONE of the cells are the same is called DISJOINT GROUPS or DISJOINT SETS. Peace to you. -Will Power
