Solve Time: 43:02
I rated this 3/5 difficulty.
This puzzle was really enjoyable, and showcases beautiful geometries arising from this combination of rules.
I think this puzzle is fairly rated at 3* difficulty (perhaps on the slightly harder end), and my solve time falls into my average for other 3* puzzles.
I think the break-in was definitely the most difficult part of the solve (harder 3* or easier 4*), and it took me quite a long time to place my first digit. The way that the geometry of the central palindrome interacted with the cage/whisper* (via other clues) was beautiful, but quite difficult for me to begin unraveling.
After I had explored the geometry and placed my first digit, the remainder of my solve was much smoother and probably in the average 3* difficulty range.
My favorite aspect of this puzzle was the cage shape/geometry and the logic for deducing its composition. Additionally, I really liked the logic for resolving the 4-length thermo that is fully contained in box 1. It was really cool how each of these clues arose from seemingly "unrelated" sections of the grid (meaning seemingly "unrelated" upon first inspection).
Overall, great puzzle and thanks for sharing!
