- Equivalence lines: On a yellow line, the digits on the ends (in circles) must be the same digit N. Furthermore, every digit between the circles must have the same remainder when divided by N. For example, if N=2, the digits between the circles are either all odd or all even.
- Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all white dots are necessarily given.
