When Nabnerman whispers, who answers? Is he some sort of mathematical crimefighter? I don't know but it's a lovely puzzle!

Thank you for your comment, QuiltyAsCharged! It made me smile. A friend of ours already suggested that Nabnerman could be some sort of superhero. ChinStrap and I wondered what his special ability would be. I thought it could be preventing the villains to gather closely, so Nabnerman can fight them one by one. But who would Nabnerman be without the help of Kropki Dot? Of course, she also has a special skill which is making things doubled or half their size.
