Nothing ain't Wrogn

(Eingestellt am 26. August 2026, 12:28 Uhr von Lizzy01)

This was inspired by Nothing is Wrogn.

Rules:

Normal Schrödinger sudoku rules apply,
i.e. fill one or two digits from 0-9 into each cell such that every digit appears exactly once in each row, column and box, and every row, column and box has exactly one 'S-cell' (a cell with two digits).

The value of an S-cell is the average of its two digits.
All clue types except renbans care about a cell's value. Renbans see an S-cell as two digits.

Any clue with a 0 on it ain't wrogn. All other clues are wrogn.
A clue is considered wrogn if it violates its normal rules in any way.

Clue types and their normal rules:

Renban lines (thin and pink) contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
On German Whisper lines (green) any two adjacent values along the line differ by at least 5.
Cages contain values summing to the given sum.
Along Thermometers values strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.
White dots sit between values with a difference of exactly 1.

Lösungscode: Row 1 (for the two digits in the S-cell, write the lowest digit first)

Brilliantly set, by the way. I reviewed my logic and there is so much precision in the clues, and more than one "aha" moment. It is a very rewarding puzzle to solve - not easy, but always fair when you ask the right question, and the right question is never obscure, though it may take some thought to find it..

--Thank you so much!

I'm sorry for my unpleasant question and I think it's such a fantastic puzzle

--No worries. Thanks for playing!

What a fantastic puzzle, I liked that all the logic, while definitely not easy, is also not very difficult once you properly think about it. Loved it <3

--Thanks!

Cool puzzle - head wrecker. Very good to see another mad and beautiful creation. So many interesting deductions. Very easy to forget to average schrödinger digits for a cage total ... Thanks for setting.

--Thank you!

Maybe I didn't understand the rules but,why the cage summing to 17 couldn't be filled with 8&9

--I don't know how you get to the point where that cage is relevant without understanding the rules, but 8&9 does not involve a zero and so implies the clue should be wrogn, which it ain't if 8+9 adds to 17. clues with a 0 on them are correct, clues without a 0 on them are wrogn.
