Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1 to 9 once in each row, column, and 3x3-box.
Thermometers:
Along Thermometers, digits must increase from bulb to end.
Kropki:
Cells joined by a black dot must have a ratio of 2.
Cells joined by a white dot must have a difference of 1.
