My Thermo Days Are Numbered

Not really a big fan of the amount of rules used, but got a little tired of trying multiple versions of this puzzle.
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Box borders divide a blue line into segments, where each segment has the same sum. The orange lines have the same sum.
-Outside clues give the digit that must be placed in the Nth place in its corresponding direction, where N is the digit closest to the clue. E and O mean even and odd digits respectively, and >1 means a digit greater than 1.
-2x2 squares fully within the same cage must not form an orthogonal sequence of increasing digits (for example, the box 6 cage cannot have 1378 in that order).
-The cells separated by the dot must have an odd difference.
