Where Highs and Lows Meet Pt. 2

This is a sequel of the puzzle that I published last week. It's slightly more difficult and it features a custom rule which I borrowed from this puzzle by Belamis. I hope you like it, as always I appreciate all ratings and comments.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits may not repeat in any 3x3 area centered on a 5 (or smaller than 3x3 if it's on an edge or corner).
- Cells connected by an X must sum to 10. Cells connected by a V must sum to 5. Digits connected by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all Xs, Vs and dots are given.
