Hoshihoshi (Norinori/Star Battle)

This is one of two puzzles I made for Ambrose for CTC's "Secret Santa" event this past year. Ambrose suggested I publish it here, and so here it is!
RULES:- Norinori: Shade two cells in each region such that all shaded cells are part of dominoes and no two dominoes touch each other orthogonally (but may touch diagonally).
- Modified Star Battle: Place one star in each region such that there are exactly two in each row and column. Stars cannot touch each other, even diagonally.
- Stars cannot be placed on shaded Norinori cells.
Solution code: Row 8, with "s" for a Star, "n" for a Norinori shaded cell, and "x" for blank cells.

This was very fun. However, the solution code doesn't seem to work for me. I completed the puzzle on sudoku pad, which was solution checked. When that code didn't work, I input the solution into Penpa, which also solution checked it. Is it really row 8 left to right?
