Gimme Whisper: Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply. Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop can't touch itself, not even diagonally. Adjacent digits on the loop differ by 3 or more. All given digits are on the loop. SudokuPad, Solve Video

Neverending Parity: Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply. Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop can't touch itself, not even diagonally. Adjacent digits along the loop contain one odd and one even digit. A digit in a circle is on the loop and counts the number of loop cells in its box. A digit in a square is not on the loop and counts the number of non-loop cells in its box. SudokuPad, Solve Video

Instructions seem a bit unclear. Had to check the video out to understand how the loop goes.

It seems that the author counts the loop going like a staircase as "a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells, that's not touching itself diagonally"
