Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Quadruples: Every digit in a circle has to be assigned to one of the surrounding cells.
Digits may not repeat in any 3x3 area centered on a 8 (Or smaller than 3x3 if on an edge / corner).

A brilliant puzzle, it took me a lot of thinking before I finally realized/understood the break in, but once I actually worked out the interaction with the 8s, but once I got there the solve was really fun. Thank you!

Wow what a fun idea! This ruleset needs a name. Maybe "Neat/tidy 8s" but it works for all numbers.
