Diagonal Pairs

Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Kropki: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
When a 2x2 group of cells is entirely caged, diagonal pairs must have equal sums. (There is no restriction if any of the 4 cells are not caged).

Wow! I really liked that Eureka moment when realizing what does it mean when bigger rectangle is caged. And the interactions with black dots.
