Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits in a grey circle are odd.
Cells joined by a black Kropki-dot have a ratio of 1:2 (not all black dots are given).
Small numbers in circles between four cells indicate digits that must appear in those four surrounding cells.
Galaxies: Divide the grid into orthogonally connected groups of cells that have 180 degree rotational symmetry about their centers. All cells must be part of a galaxy; no galaxies overlap. Every round-shaped object in the grid (odd-circles, quadruple hints and kropki dots) is a center of mass of a galaxy. Furthermore, all nine instances of one digit (to be determined by the solver) are also galaxy centers of mass.
The average value of the digits on a galaxy is the same for all galaxies except for one galaxy, which has a different average value (averages are not necessarily integer values).
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5. (not all Xs and Vs are given).
