#1 Normal sudoku rules apply.
#2 Every set of three consecutive cells along a thick teal line must contain a digit from (1,4,7), (2,5,8) & (3,6,9).
#3 Digits on a thin grey line read the same in either direction.
#4 Digits along arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along arrows if allowed by other rules.
