First Snow

This is the last of the puzzles I created for Secret Santa 2024 on the CTC discord. Thanks to all who participated this year!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
- XV sums - digits separated by an X sum to 10; digits separated by a V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- Kropki dots - digits separated by a white Kropki dot have a difference in value of 1; digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a value ratio of 1:2. No negative constraints.
- Row indexers - digits in blue indexing squares give the position of their row number in the associated column. EX if R5C7 is 2, then 5 goes in R2C7.
- German Whispers - digits along a green German Whisper line must differ in value by at least 5 from their neighbors on the line.
