Rules:
#1 Irregular sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each in ever row, column and marked region (regions are delineated by thick box borders).
#2 Digits along arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along arrows if allowed by other rules.
#3 Digits in cages sum to the small number printed in the corner.
#4 A digit printed in a white circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.

Good NIGHT, that was a pain! In a very intriguing and unstoppable way, but wow, did I ever stare at my screen for a LONG time on several occasions, piecing together possibilities. Maybe easier during the day instead of while up with insomnia but still... nicely done.
