Knight's Jam

I really enjoyed Myxo's "Grundriss" puzzle and was inspired to make something with Latin Square Jam. Very happy with how this turned out.

Rules:

  • Latin Square Jam: Divide the grid into square-shaped regions. Fill each region of size NxN with the digits 1-N, such that no digits repeats in any row or column of the region. Same digits cannot touch orthogonally, even across region borders.
  • Additionally, cells separated by a knight's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.
  • Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.

Enjoy! :)

I think it should explictly says whether it has the rule "A grid dot must not be shared by the corners of four regions". Now it looks ambiguous to me.

Excellent puzzle! The latin square-antiknight interactions, along with a sort of CC/Decon logic makes this a really fresh entry. Certainly tricky, but the logic feels very rewarding. I agree with the 5* bump. Thank you!!

Crazy puzzle. I'm glad my puzzle inspired something this intricate. However, the suggested 3* difficulty is a big understatement - I think 5* is fair.
