- Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
- Each finger has lost its gold ring! Can you find them? Every row, column and box contains one gold ring, and none of them are located on a finger. Each gold ring contains a different digit.
- The digits ABC along a finger, reading towards the fingertip (the C goes on the fingernail), indicates that row A column B contains that finger's missing gold ring, which contains the digit C.
- EG: A finger reading 452 would indicate that r4c5 contains a 2 on a gold ring.

To @juggler's point, this felt very much like a juggler puzzle and I mean that as the highest compliment. You two both have a certain flair to your work.
The puzzle is great! I am, however, not one for body horror and must ask you to never do anything like this ever again (also, I want you to know I greatly appreciate the punnery, in both the title and the solve message).
Marty: Hehehe thanks mate. I was very aware of the Juggleriness of this as I was making it, and he was the first person I showed it to when it was done. In fact I pushed this to the top of my 'ideas to make' list mainly because I was pretty sure it was only a matter of time before Juggler thought of the same idea and did it first :)

I got thrown off a bit at the start by X being the y-coordinate, and Y being the x-coordinate of the ring :D
But very fun puzzle once I got that straight, not too complicated really, but different and with a fun story behind the mechanics.
Marty: Thankyou, I wondered whether that might cause confusion. I have changed to ABC now, which hopefully is clearer

A fun and new puzzle. It also made me think about difficulty ratings on this site, normally I judge it based on the hardest part of a puzzle but here the challenge was in how well your brain adapts to the new logic - I definitely think it’s more than 1*, it gave me a lot more trouble than the brilliant Rat Run with letters (4*) but realistically I’d probably say a 2*.
Marty: haha I don't worry too much about the difficulty rating, because after 10 or so solves, it uses the average solver rating, which is the best measure of a puzzle's difficulty you can hope for. I considered 2 stars for this too, but the people have decided... it's to be expected that everyone thinks differently and some people will find a particular puzzle easier or harder than the average

What an amazing little puzzle. I'd give it 6/5.
I love these puzzles that kinda scramble with your brain as you try to figure out how the logic works. Once you get the hand of it, it's a breeze.

This is a fantastic puzzle, from the visuals to the logic, which is really clever without being difficult to find. I wish I'd made this.
