For my 100th published LMD puzzle, I decided to finally get a version working of a rule set I originally tried about a year and a half ago: making a chaos construction out of the rules from my Equally Quiet series (the link is to the 5th puzzle in the series, which has links to the other 4). Estimated difficulty is between 3 and 4 stars.
Rules:
Chaos Construction: Each row, column, and region must contain the digits 1-9 once each. Regions consist of a set of nine orthogonally connected cells and must be determined by the solver.
All lines are region sum lines. For each line, region borders separate the line into two or more segments. Each segment has the same sum, and distinct segments within the same region are summed separately.
All lines are also German Whispers lines. Adjacent digits along a line must have a difference of at least 5.
Lösungscode: Row 8 with hyphens where there are region borders (e.g., 123-4567-89)

I solved this yesterday and forgot to comment on how brilliant this was. The idea is truly inspired, and the puzzle was SO much fun. Worthy of all the praise it had gotten... and then some!

Absolutely brilliant puzzle. Who would have thought there’d be a unique solution with so little information. Well done yttrio.

Really enjoyed this puzzle, despite at various times thinking I had broken it or it wasn't unique! Solver problems!
Discovering the ramifications of the ruleset was fun, and the region building was very interesting. Thanks yttrio!
