Summation U-Bahn #6: Liar

Rules
- Draw a loop network through the centers of some cells, which may branch or turn, but may not have any dead ends.
- Assign each line shape (irrespective of rotation) a digit from 1 to 4 as follows: corner = 1, straight line = 2, branch = 3, cross = 4.
- Clues outside the grid represent the sum of "digits" in each contiguous sequence of cells visited by the loop network, in the order of appearance from left to right or top to bottom. Consecutive sequences must be separated by at least one cell not visited by the loop network.
- For each row and each column where clues are given, one set of clues is complete and correct. The other set of clues must be a lie, that is, either the amount of clues is incorrect or the numerical value of one or more clues is incorrect (or both).
- Each letter represent a different number. A "?" may represent any number, including two-digit numbers.

The journey has finally come to an end...
It has been almost a year since I finished #1 (000F5X), and I just recently decided to finish all the puzzles in this series. (After all, the standard U-bahn has always been my absolute weakness, and without the limit on the number of shapes, I can at least do it a little easier...)
There is no doubt that every puzzle in this series is a masterpiece, and I look forward to the release of #7 and even more puzzles! (◦˙▽˙◦)

It is equally rare for the end of a U-Bahn puzzle to outshine the start, especially when the start is remarkable already. Yet this one achieved perfection, especially the last four letters: sinister but ingenious.
Thank you Agent! Eagerly waiting for the next masterpiece in this series.

Great puzzle again ! On the easier side for me compared to previous entries. Definitely helps to know some patterns learned from solving the other puzzles first. Thanks :)
