Counting Sum Dominoes
(Eingestellt am 30. November 2024, 10:56 Uhr von Jolly Rogers)
RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits separated by a V must sum to 5, not all possible V's are given.
- Digits along a thermometer must increase from bulb to tip.
- A domino consists of two orthogonally adjacent cells. Different dominoes cannot overlap each other and every cell in the grid belongs to a domino.
- The sum of the digits in a domino indicates how many dominoes in the grid sum to that total. For example, if a domino's digits sum to 7, there must be 7 dominoes with the sum of 7.
- The black line is a given boundary between dominoes.

Here is an exceptionally beautiful puzzle that showcases an elegant execution of a brilliant idea. For me, one of the best puzzles of the year on this platform.

A bit of math. A bit of color logic. A bit of sudoku. Great setting.
