Sushigane (Norinori Sashigane)

Sashigane: Divide the grid entirely into 1-cell-wide L shaped regions. An arrow must lie at an end of an L and point towards the bend. A circle must lie at the bend of an L, and if one contains a number, it belongs to an L with the given number of cells.
Norinori: Shade some 1x2 dominoes which do not touch orthogonally. Each region must contain exactly 2 shaded cells (which may or may not be in the same domino).
Solution code: shading of row 2, with S for shaded and U for unshaded
