The Arrow and The Whispers Should Be Friends

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers Lines: Consecutive digits along an orange Dutch Whispers lines must differ by at least 4.
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the 2 digit number its pill, read top to bottom or left to right.
- White Kropki Dots: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all such dots are given.

Thank you for this nice puzzle, ChinStrap! I loved the little arithmetic deductions one could make with the arrows and the Dutch whisper lines. Fun construction!

Nice! A little easy for a 2-star IMO, but I enjoyed the theming. Don't often see 4-whispers or pill arrows, let alone both.
