Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Quad Sums : A circle at a corner implies that one digit is the sum of the remaining three digits at that corner.

Nice puzzle. I needed a few restarts but after finding my mistake it had a nice flow.
