I rated this 2/5 difficulty.
Great puzzle! I ended up taking some physical notes on possible line values/segments (also working out the mathematical logic), which ended up helping a lot in both the break-in and early midgame.
I really enjoyed the break-in of this puzzle, and the placements of the lines were very clever and led to some nice geometric logic that broke the puzzle open. The longest line's logic was definitely approachable, but after making a few deductions based on that logic, the remaining lines were more difficult/complex. This part was probably 1* difficulty, but it led to some more complex logic that propagated to other lines.
The early midgame felt around 2-3* difficulty, leaning towards a harder 2*, mainly due to the logic surrounding how reban digits can form valid RSLs, as we'll as the need to figure out how the RSL segments restricted each other in shared boxes (particularly box 5).
The late midgame was again more straightforward/approachable, and once I made significant progress on 4 of the lines, the rest came together nicely and was around 2/5 difficulty.
Overall very nice puzzle!

Beautiful puzzle! Got a bit stuck after the initial break-in but once I got past it, this flowed brilliantly.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, meggen033! I already solved some earlier puzzles of yours with this exact ruleset. It is nice that you have returned to setting this variant. The little arithmetic deductions that are enabled by the dual Renban/region sum lines are very enjoyable. Great setting!
