Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are given. MAXIMUM- The gray cell is greater than all orthogonally adjacent cells.

Haha! I, too, didn’t get row nine until the very end.

There were some really clever spots in there that I quite liked! Very enjoyable all the way through. Thanks for the fun puzzle, as ever, Will!

Great puzzle! I really enjoyed this. But Row 9 was not a good choice for the solution code as that row is determined very early in the puzzle.
