Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits a King's move (in chess) apart must be different. Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5. On blue lines digits sum to the same value in every box. Black dot digits are in a 1:2 ratio, white dot digits are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.

This has a lovely symmetry and simplicity to it.

It's easier once I underatood the instructons to have the KING and not the KNIGHT constraint.
