This puzzle was inspired by MicroStudy's "Quintessence" and dumediat's "Réaltraí".
Rules:
Fillomino: Divide the grid into polyominoes so that polyominoes of the same size don't share an edge, except for tetrominoes (i.e. four-cell polyominoes). Each cell contains a number equal to its polyomino's size.
LITS: The tetrominoes in the grid must form one orthogonally connected area, and two orthogonally adjacent tetrominoes must be different shapes, regardless of rotation or reflection. No 2x2 area in the grid can contain four 4’s.
Arrows: Numbers on cells with arrows refer to the total amount of tetrominoes seen in the indicated direction(s). If multiple arrows in a cell see the same tetromino, it is only counted once.

This was a pleasure to solve, it had a nice consistent difficulty from start to finish, and that 2x2 rule really added something a little special into the mix. Thank you!

Hmm... The intensity of thinking is much lower than that of Quintessence, but it's not easy either. All in all, it's still a pretty good puzzle.
