Made this some time last year, but I've only just joined LMD so posting it now. If the rules are unclear, watch Mark of CTC explain the rules at 3:38 of this video (spoilers if you watch beyond that!)

Rules

This puzzle is a Nurikabe / Sudoku hybrid!

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Shade some cells such that they form one orthogonally connected region, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded. Cells containing a (large) circle are unshaded. All orthogonally connected unshaded regions must contain exactly one circle and the digits 1-n once each, where n is the number in the circle. Digits joined by a (small) white dot are consecutive, and not all dots are given.
