Breaking Even

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Even (X) and Odd (O) are playing a standard game of Tic Tac Toe in each 3x3 sudoku box by taking turns placing their digits in the box. Fill the grid so that every game lasts nine moves, and no game ends in a draw.
White dots separate adjacent digits. Black dots separate digits in 2-to-1 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
