Rules:
Divide the grid into one-cell-wide, L-shaped blocks. Blocks of the same size don't share an edge. Each cell contains a number equal to the size of its block.
Cells containing circles are located at the bend in a block. Cells with arrows are located at one end of a block, with the arrow pointing in the direction of the block's bend.

First it felt like a Fillomino forced onto another puzzle type just to get a new combo. But during solving it was a very intersting and enjoyable solution path.
