I'm in awe. Easily the most impressive demonstration of minimalism specifically. The mod 4 logic takes parity deductions to the next level. Ironically, I found it much more helpful to save colors for the region building rather than parity though, as there are so many rich interactions going on with that too. The combination of two forms of japanese sums is essential to the puzzle but it also makes it oh so so easy to slip up and miscount something or confuse one system for the other and make a mistake. I highly recommend this puzzle, and I especially recommend going at it solo. I know it has been streamed but personally I wouldn't have grasped every step and gotten the intuition for how everything functions unless I'd been the one in the driver's seat. I have no idea how on earth you set this - every clue is intricate and multifaceted. The chaos construction logic alone is absolutely mindblowing and the complete product is beyond anything I've seen before. Thank you so much for creating this! I hope you can feel the full pride and joy you deserve for having set this.

The difficulty is ridiculous, but it is also a knot in my heart. Because it has been more than a year since I saw this puzzle uploaded to lmd. During this period, I also tried to solve it, but I couldn’t find the break-in, so I had to give up...
Until yesterday, I spent an afternoon, an evening, and this morning to finally solve it... In short, although some of the reasoning in the middle was very painful, I finally beat it...
(Off topic: It was originally the 3300th puzzle I solved, but after I finished the 3302nd puzzle, I found that the total number of solutions became 3301... I don’t know what happened...)

9 hours and 5 minutes. But it's done. That was EPIC. Absolutely one of the hardest puzzles in the entire LMD.
What a journey. One specific deduction took like at least 2,5 hours.

That was wild. 5/5 on both counts, observe, add to favourite, all the buttons.

This puzzle is nothing short of incredible. Interesting and sometimes surprising deductions to be made throughout the entire solve, and relentlessly difficult from start to finish. Beautiful resolutions to deadly patterns at the very end. Thanks for this gem of a puzzle!

The hardest puzzle I've solved in a long while, incredible solve and very rewarding when I eventually deduced the next step each time. Glad I saw this one through to the end, the breadcrumbs were sparse but they are there. Thanks for this fantastic setting! :]

Hi, if it was okay would just like some clarification on one of the rules - "All outside clues are given in ascending order (with the largest clues closest to the grid)."
Is this true for the example grid as well? I was just reading through to make sure I understood it all, but I couldn't seem to find how the example grids demonstrate this rule, any help would be great thanks, loved the the prequel that you linked to above so eager to try this!
-------
The first example grid has clues given in the order they appear. The second example grid has clue in ascending order. It's ascending based on the actual values not the modulo 4 values. For example in row 2, the largest clue is 5, which is equal to 1 mod 4, so the clue closest to the grid is a 1.
Does that help?

Wow!! This one really cranked up the insanity, in a very good way. Relentlessly super difficult, but so many fascinating steps. Very impressive that this can resolve with so little information given, and with a pretty reasonable solve path too (even if it takes a long time to find!). Incredible puzzle!
