(Possible hints, please do not read if you want to enjoy yourself.)
The solution is nice. I got confused at the very beginning. But when I tried to dig into the German whisper lines, and to sort the number into high and low groups, the solution just directly came out to me.
(No hint below now).
BTW, as the author said, the negative constraint is unnecessary. But we can find out the solution quicker if we use this rule. I heard that it is unnecessary so I deliberately tried not to use this rule to solve the puzzle. The result gave me a big surprise. I strongly suggest anyone interested in this puzzle to solve it again without the negative constraint if you have applied it. The process is very attractive.

I didn't notice the negative constraint rule and it still solved very smoothly.
Reply: Negative constraint is unnecessary to solve the puzzle, but it provides a big shortcut in the solution path.

Amazing puzzle! It took me 42:35 to solve it. The beginning was brutal for me. I had to restart many times because I got stuck. But after a small break I finally managed to solve it. Thank you so much for this sudoku!
