-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Cells that are a chess knight's move apart must no contain the same digit.
-Digits along the indicated diagonal must sum to the given total
-Cells separated by a black dot must be in ratio 1:2.
-Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
-Numbers must not repeat in a killer cage.
-Each digit 1 through 9 must appear only once on the diagonal.
-Digits along a between line must be between the digits on the circled ends of the line.
-Digits in equal distance from each end of a line must be equal.
