Good day inspector, thank you for taking on this case, it is most strange! At Sudoku Manor, there was a spree of nine murders last night, but the assailant appears to have removed all the bodies, leaving only the seen clues and the above message.

We are confident in the assumption that the ten strangers involved in the case are the digits 0-9, and that there are no instances of faked or mistaken identity. It should go without saying that each digit only participated in each clue once, and when murdered, did not participate thenceforth.

Due to the suspicious circumstance found here, we have added our own device for you to make contact near the top of the tower (R3C4) where it has the maximum connectivity. Note that it was added after the murders took place, and so is not involved in the murderer's clues.

Use the clues to trap the killer in the holding cage and stop the fiend from escaping. Good luck with your case inspector, we anxiously await your solution!
