Pointing Digits Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply. If the digit X appears in an arrow cell, then X must also appear exactly X steps away from that cell, in the direction that the arrow points. (For instance, if r1c3 contains a 3, then r4c6 must also contain a 3).
